Hello. My mum is 75 years old and had to go for both eyes surgery as a result of severe glaucoma. The issue was unfortunately diagnosed quite late but thanks to the intervention of the Eye Clinic and on guidance and indications of Dr Carrim, they managed to bring down the eye pressure nearly to normal and at the same time extend the lifetime of both eyes. From consultation to surgery phase, regular follow up was carried out by a dedicated team. We thank Dr Carrim and his staff for their experience and we highly recommend them. Regards

My brother met Dr Zia Carrim for a Vitrectomy. We were at ease when we met him for the first time. His explanation were clear and all our questions were answered before the operation. I had a macular hole with a cataract .The hole was here for nealy a year. Luckily I met doctor Zia Carrim who is a wonderful surgeon.I barely waited to be seen and ensured a smooth prep and surgery My vision was only 1% .I had no hope as the chance for it to be closed was quite slim. I especially loved how Dr Zia Carrim really took his time to explain my conditions as well as my treatment options and he really put me at ease . He did a wonderful job .Am very happy that the repair surgery has been a success and the hole is closed and the cataract removed .After two weeks only my vision has reached 50% and will improve gradually. I was also impressed by Doctor Zia practice . While still recovering at the clinic my husband received the surgery report. Hats off Doctor
